Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged goods:

  • Damaged goods may be returned to Cantina di Pitigliano within 10 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping and packaging costs for defective items are borne by the customer.

  • Defective goods will be replaced by Cantina di Pitigliano with the same item or, if no longer available, with an item of equivalent value.

  • We kindly ask you to send us photos of the damaged goods to: magazzino@cantinadipitigliano.it

For damaged shipments:

  • If the order consists of multiple items, return only the damaged packages to Cantina di Pitigliano, signing the courier’s delivery note with “subject to reservation” (“con riserva”).

  • If the order consists of a single damaged item, return the entire package.

  • We kindly ask you to send us photos of the damaged goods to: magazzino@cantinadipitigliano.it

If the item to be replaced is out of stock, you will be contacted for a replacement; if no suitable alternative is found in our catalog, you will be refunded. Any shipping costs for returning damaged goods and delivering replacement items will be fully covered by us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
