Production area: Pitigliano, Sorano, and Manciano.

Soil: loose tuff.

Vineyard altitude: 320 m a.s.l. Density: 4000 plants/ha.

Training system: spurred cordon, Guyot.

Grapes: Malvasia Toscana. Vinification: Charmat method with fermentation in stainless steel fermenters at controlled temperature and re-fermentation in an autoclave with selected yeasts.

Alcohol content: 7% vol.

Description: straw yellow color with greenish reflections, fine, slightly fruity aroma, light, lively wine, harmoniously soft with a pleasant aftertaste.

Serving temperature: 8-10 C.

Format: 0.750L.

The product contains sulfites and is produced in Italy.
