Winemaking: fermentation in steel fermenters at controlled temperature; second fermentation in autoclave with selected yeasts.

Alcohol content: 11% vol.

Description: straw yellow color with greenish reflections, pleasant aromatic scent, light, lively, balanced acidic and savory wine with a pleasant aftertaste.

Serving temperature: 8-10 C.

The product contains sulfites and is produced in Italy.
