Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel fermenters at controlled temperature and maceration on the skins with pump-overs for about 15 days.

Description: intense ruby red, fruity aroma with hints of wild berries, full-bodied taste with good tannic structure and excellent harmony.
Serving temperature: 16-18 C.
